The 2009 KONA - GSDTA DANCE INTENSIVE
Turned out to be an AMAZING adventure.  Comments from several Australian participants focused on the fact that having SKIPPY BLAIR and JORDAN FRISBEE and TATIANA MOLLMANN all together, in one place, for 4 days - was something NOT to be missed. Quite a few participants plan on returning next year with more friends from the professional dance community. There were over 50 participants this year, with 6 taking their GSDTA Certification exams.

The latest version of GSDTA UNIT CARDS made a great hit in KONA. It was exciting to see so any people "reading" the cards and being able to demonstrate great NEW MOVES.  The Cards actually change the way people learn to dance. Watching the speed & accuracy with which new teachers picked up the
"Rhythm Games" was an exhilarating experience all by itself.

    Golden State Dance Teachers Association GSDTA is in it's 51st year and is the longest running Dance Teachers Organization, particularly when it comes to WEST COAST SWING.
For over 55 years, much of the evolution and development of West Coast Swing has come from the direct efforts of Skippy Blair & other Professional Members of GSDTA who are part of ongoing West Coast Swing and other DANCE INTENSIVES. Answer: NO it can't. 
Someone can HAVE Body Flight without being aware that they are dancing Rolling Count - but any knowledgeable observer

will be able to Identify it.
